    Deposit and Documentation: Once you have clarity on deliverables and investment, we get the ball rolling! A 50% deposit will secure your place on our schedule. Next, we send you the relevant documentation to be signed. Let our collaboration begin!

    Questionnaire Document: We’ll kick start the process by digging deep into the heart of your business. Together, we’ll discover what makes your business unique and how this can be translated through your project. The aesthetics of your brand are a manifestation of your purpose, industry, and uniqueness. So, we do the groundwork first to set the pace for the rest of the project.

    Design Development: Depending on your project deliverables, you receive a selection of design concepts to choose from. The answers to your questionnaire will help us create a suite of designs, colour palettes, fonts, and brand applications. We provide a design rationale and help you visualise each concept in a beautifully designed presentation.

    Revision Rounds: Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Once you have chosen your favourite logo concept or elements (e.g. fonts, colours, icons ), we will begin the first round of revisions and produce revised concepts. If a second round of revisions is required, this will simply be fine-tuning your chosen concept to create your perfect logo!

    Brand Collateral Design: Now it’s time to work on your brand collateral in theme with your new logo. Whether the package you selected includes business cards or other brand collateral, this is the stage we bring your branding to life!

    The Grand Finale: LET’S POP THE CHAMPAGNE, IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE! To finish, we provide you with a full suite of logo files, collateral documentation, and brand guideline documents that outline the best practice for your new branding. This final stage leaves you feeling confident about the best ways to implement your beautiful new branding and design assets.

By filling this out you’re giving us all of the ingredients we need to create a fantastic website for your brand. The aesthetics of your website will be determined by your brand purpose, audience behaviour, and your offering. So, we do the groundwork first.

    Website Assets: As we prepare to start on your website design, we require you to do some work to allow us to have some content to work with! Copy and imagery are essential elements of your website. We will need you to collate all the imagery and copy required to create your new website. Not sure how to do that? Please let us know if you need these services provided for you – we have an amazing network of talented partners to refer you to.

    Design Development: This is the fun part! We will design and draft your website’s design in static form (which means the flat artwork in PDF format) before the website build-out. This will be based on your questionnaire and the assets you provide brought to life with beautiful design.

    Revision Rounds: It’s time to refine the design. Before we start the build-out of the WordPress website, we will need you to provide any revisions and comments on the static PDF. We will then provide an updated draft for the final sign off. Any revisions that are changed to the scope once the build-out has commenced will delay the project timeline and incur further costs.

    Final Approval: Once the website has been built, featuring your gorgeous new look and feel, we will make the website live. This will allow you to see your brand-spankin’ new website and give final approval.
