Please note: While we implement preventative measures, monitoring, backups, and best-practice maintenance, no website can ever be guaranteed completely immune from third-party vulnerabilities, malware, hacking attempts, or external exploits. Emergency malware cleanup, hacked website restoration, or major technical issues may require additional quoted support depending on the severity of the issue.

We are currently only accepting clients who had a website created by Fifth Studio Design Co. This is to ensure we can provide the best results with clarity as to how the website runs.

Regular maintenance helps ensure your website’s security, keeps your site up-to-date, boosts SEO, and ensures a good user experience.

Some clients have opted to maintain their websites themselves, but have struggled to keep them consistently updated.

As a result, their sites have been hacked, leading to significant expenses to restore them. Many functionalities were compromised, and the only solution was to rebuild the website from scratch, leaving them out of pocket for the exercise.

Basic maintenance is done on a monthly basis, but some tasks, like backups and security checks, might need to be done weekly or even daily. 

Yes, website maintenance is essential to keep your site secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Neglecting maintenance can lead to security vulnerabilities, slow performance, and outdated content, which can negatively impact your business.

Some clients have chosen not to continue website maintenance with us and, unfortunately, have had their websites hacked. After spending several months trying to resolve the issues, many functionalities could not be fixed, and the only solution was to rebuild the website from scratch.

Our website maintenance packages do not include:

  • Any major design overhauls
  • Significant feature additions
  • Custom development
  • Custom content creation

These services can be provided separately and will be quoted accordingly. Please feel free to book a time to discuss this here.

While we don’t personally provide SEO services, we have several trusted SEO partners who would be happy to work with you. We can introduce you to them and ensure you receive the best support for optimising your website’s search performance.

If you choose a monthly package, payment is due at the beginning of each month. Website maintenance will only be completed once payment is received for that month.

For yearly package options, you will be billed annually. We will send you a reminder before the direct debit payment, along with any information about price changes.

If you wish to cancel your monthly maintenance, please contact us at least 30 days in advance. We will guide you through the cancellation process and ensure that any final maintenance tasks are completed before our collaboration ends.
