Our Retainer Program operates on a monthly design fee paid upfront, allowing you to secure dedicated time slots for your tasks. Rest assured, we’ve got the capacity to consistently deliver top-quality results for your projects, month after month.

This program is perfect for you if:

How our monthly retainer works

As we have limited capacity and accept only a few retainer clients each month, we initiate the process with a conversation about you and your brand.

Whether you have a clear vision of your needs or are still uncertain, our Discovery Call harnesses our expertise.

During this call, our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the projects we can collaborate on over the next few months, and to provide clarity on the best package that suits your business, projects, and budget.

After acceptance into our retainer program, we secure your startup month in our schedule upon the signing of a retainer contract, receipt of the paid deposit, and setup fee.

Following this, we schedule your onboarding call to discuss the details of your design tasks for the first month.

Your start-up phase includes everything from strategy to briefing and anything in between required to ensure success across all design tasks for your brand.

During this time, our Creative Director, Natalie Pasnin, will work closely with you to determine the specific needs, goals, and strategic direction of your brand.

Once your projects and timelines are determined, you get to meet your dedicated designer!

Depending on your brand needs, we will select the right designer from our team who will work closely with you to achieve the best design outcomes.

Once your start-up phase is complete with all timelines mapped, tasks briefed, and important files set up; the real fun begins!

From here, your dedicated designer will manage all tasks, communications, and deliverables moving forward.

Our retainer program offers a variety of services, including the following;

  • Marketing Collateral: Whatever you need, from business cards to letterheads or “with compliments” slips.
  • Document Designs: Standout print-ready or digital PDFs that are on-brand and engaging.
  • Email Marketing: Beautiful, stylish, on-brand emails ready to send to your clients with the click of a button!
  • Social Content: Curate an aesthetically pleasing profile with strong social media imagery.
  • Packaging Design: This service includes ongoing packaging design after your initial design is created and signed-off.
  • Website Updates: Polish up your website with updated blog imagery and engaging banners.
  • Office updates: Take your branding offline with window stickers, decals, signage and car wraps.

Note: These services are for existing brands. If you require custom branding services, please contact us here for a custom quote. Once you have an existing brand, we can move to a retainer basis to evolve your brand assets.”

These services require in-depth research and conceptualisation that isn’t included in our Retainer Programs. But it doesn’t mean you can’t have them. Please chat with us to discuss these tasks so we can quote them separately.

We provide this service ongoing, month-to-month, for a minimum 3-month commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will reevaluate the program to ensure the number of hours fits your business needs. We can move to 6, 9, or 12-month commitments if necessary.

We are flexible and open to accommodating your additional needs on an occasional basis. We will discuss the best approach at the time, taking into account your budget, project timelines, and the required hours. This can involve either adding extra hours on an occasional basis or adjusting your retainer package to better suit your needs.

Unused hours expire at the end of each month to ensure we allocate time properly and plan our workload accordingly. However, we will consider rolling over 1-2 unused hours to allocate to the next month on the odd occassion.

You receive an invoice on the first day of each month including the retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month.
