Collaboration and communication is key to the success of the project and we value your input. We are the brand experts and we will give you as much advice or direction as you require. But ultimately, it’s your brand and it’s very important that you feel proud of your branding. When we enter revision rounds, we will need to work collaboratively for the project to be a success!

We take bookings up to 3 months in advance, so when you’re ready to invest in your branding, please complete our contact form to allow us to determine whether we are the right fit for your project. If we genuinely believe we are a good fit, we will reach out to organise a free 45-minute discovery call.

Don’t dilly-dally! We are often booked at least 1 month in advance, so we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later so we can get the ball rollin’ and lock you in a start date for your project!

We don’t believe in cutting corners, ever. We believe in dedicating our full attention to each project, which is why we take limited projects per month. Based on our availability, together with the depth of the project, we will discuss the duration of the project during our discovery call. We allocate our project manager to ensure timelines are maintained and run smoothly.

Every package is custom to your project needs, and the cost will depend on the scope of the project. After our discovery call, we will be sending a proposal detailing the cost of the package and the deliverables it comes with.

 

  • For brand projects, the pricing will be determined by what assets you require such as; letterheads, number of business cards or email signatures etc.
  • For website projects, the pricing is determined by how many pages, integrations and the complexity of your website.
  • We recommend a minimum budget of $2,000 AUD for any project, but please get in touch for an accurate quote.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your slot in our schedule.

Once we have completed all the deliverables of your project, the final 50% is due prior to releasing any files, and prior to switching your website live.

We currently use WordPress for all website projects. WordPress powers nearly a third of the world’s websites. From small personal blogs to the complex sites of major corporates such as Sony, Time Inc., The New York Post and NBC, WordPress is a reliable, user-friendly website platform.

Despite being the most flexible and powerful platform, WordPress is quite easy to use for beginners. As part of our custom website packages, we provide you with video tutorials to allow you to complete some basic tasks on your website such as; changing text and images – so you can confidently operate your website.

WordPress themes are easy to customise because a lot of them come with their own options panel allowing you to change colours, upload your logo, change the background, create beautiful sliders, and truly customise it to your needs without writing any code at all!
