Harness Consultancy specialises in cultivating customer-centric business models within the IT and Technology sector to enhance customer processes. Katrina, the founder, initially engaged with us after experiencing dissatisfaction with a logo created through Fiverr. Seeking a more fitting representation of her business and the caliber of services offered, Katrina collaborated with our team to develop a bespoke logo and branding solution.
The Brief:

Having a logo originally created on Fiverr, Katrina realised that it no longer accurately represented her evolving brand. Recognising the importance of investing in a website, she understood the necessity of refreshing her logo to better align with her updated brand identity before taking that path.
The goal
Create a brand with a seamless fusion of colours, a captivating story, together with an effective showcase of services Harness Consultancy provide.
We wanted to create a simple, font-based logo with subtle character, along with a colour palette and aesthetics that align with the business’s essence, as a key focus. Establishing a connection between the ‘SS’ letters in ‘HARNESS’ emphasising the importance of collaborative work they do with clients. We needed to extended this branding approach to the website, adopting a minimalistic design philosophy.
The Process and Outcome:
Initially, Katrina had invested in a Fiverr logo lacking a strategic foundation. The process ended up being time-consuming requiring numerous revisions, resulting in a logo that didn’t align with her vision. After acquiring a substantial client base, Katrina realised the importance of investing in a comprehensive brand strategy. She reached out to us seeking a logo that reflected the high-quality services she provided and could seamlessly extend to a professional website for her business.
We took the time to delve into Katrina’s vision for her new brand, recognising that an simple, yet elegant font-based icon would be the ideal approach for her brand. Through collaborative efforts with Katrina, we experimented with colours, ultimately finding the perfect blend of blue and copper to complement her palette, that allowed some continuity from her first logo.
The outcome was a meticulously crafted suite of branding assets, seamlessly integrating into Katrina’s social media pages, email signatures, client-facing documents, business card and website.
We crafted an online experience via the website, creating a simple and user-friendly design that embraced the minimalistic ethos reflecting Katrina’s brand essence. Emphasising a photo-rich design, we incorporated her warm brand colours, ensuring they resonated throughout. Additionally, we implemented a system enabling swift and effortless updates to services and blog pages, providing Katrina with the autonomy to manage these aspects herself when necessary.
