The Brief:
the struggles
Jackie from The Nourished Cycle, initially DIY’ed her logo using Canva, without creating any consistency with her branding and website. Due to this, Jackie struggled to create brand assets to be consistent, where this lead to her struggling to create content, brand presentations or even link her website to her social media platforms. She was not proud of her brand and needed consistency to provide a professional finish.
The goal
Our aim was to create a brand guideline for The Nourished Cycle, ensuring consistency across all platforms. It was vital to retain Jackie’s vibrant and playful brand aesthetics, but ensuring the branding did not become overly childish, as the target audience are adults. The ultimate goal was to communicate the essence of The Nourished Cycle through cohesive set of fonts, colours and brand assets.

The Process and Outcome:
Like many, Jackie created her own logo using Canva, however was unable to create a consistent brand identity that she was proud of. On her social media platforms, website and course documents, she had several different colour palettes, fonts and aesthetics that didn’t represent a brand that Jackie was proud to promote. This started to become a bottleneck for her business growth.
We worked with her to establish a consistent brand identity that represented The Nourish Cycle’s mission. We started the project by completing an in-depth research of TNC’s vision and target audience. This allowed us to create a brand guideline document, which allowed for consistent colour palette, fonts, logo formats, document design and website.
Currently, we work with Jackie with an ongoing partnership, providing monthly support to create and refine brand assets for The Nourished Cycle. This includes designing branded illustrations, course presentations, website updates, free resources, and email marketing materials, all aimed at maintaining a polished and professional brand image across all platforms.
