Terms & Conditions

1. What customisations are included?

Once you choose your semi-custom brand kit from the options above, we will update the logo to incorporate you:

  • Business name and tagline if required
  • Colour palette

Note: Font change is not included in the pricing, however can be explored at an additional cost.

2. What included as part of my brand-kit?

  • Your selected brand-kit, edited with your business name and tagline (If applicable)
  • Brand colours and fonts as per the listing
  • A full kit of digital and print-ready logo files: Primary logo, Secondary logo, Alternative logo, Submark logo, Brand mark
  • Logo provided in various file formats: png, eps, jpeg, svg and ai files
  • All logo formats provided in black, white and x2 brand colours
  • A brand style guide cheatsheet

3. How many revisions are included?

You’ll get one revision round, typically for minor adjustments like colour or layout changes to the logo. If you require further revisions, they are available at a rate of $120 per hour.

4. What is the expected timeline for the finished brand-kit?

You can expect to receive your complete brand kit within 5 business days of purchase.

Within 1 business day of receiving your order, we will send you a proof of your new logo. If revisions are needed, we will address them before finalizing your logo formats and brand style guide cheatsheet by the end of the week. It’s that simple!

Note: Timeline may vary if additional revisions are needed.

5. What if i don’t love it with my biz colours?

We can work with you to create a colour palette that you love, however extra costs may incur.

6. Are the font files included?

Due to font licensing regulations, we are unable to supply the font files.

However, we would be happy to provide you with links to the fonts used, allowing you to obtain your own licensing.

If you need assistance with font purchases, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we’ll be more than happy to assist.

Most paid fonts typically cost between $15 and $30, and they qualify as a tax write-off.

7. What if I need marketing collateral with my new brand-kit?

We’d be thrilled to continue working with you beyond your semi-brand kit project!

8. What are the terms & conditions of purchase?

  • Each semi-brand kit is only sold 5 times.
  • The product will come as per the description in the above listing.
  • This is a digital file, product refunds will not be available and all sales are final.
  • No physical item is sent.
  • By purchasing you have read and agree with our store policies.
  • Please note, colours may vary slightly depending on printers and screen.
  • Products are for personal use only and are not to be used for resale or altered without permission from Fifth Studio Design Co.
  • You cannot resell the logo design.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of any printing by third party companies.
  • All amounts listed are in AUD.
